Games & modes

Wutzy includes Sudoku, five Yatzy variants (Classic, Maxi, Forced, Power Dice, Risk), Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe and Code Breaker. Each game: bot, Game Center, iMessage, local pass-and-play; Yatzy/UTTT also party mode 2–6 players. Overview on the home page.

iMessage

How do I start a game in iMessage?

1. Open Messages, pick a contact or group chat.
2. Tap the apps icon next to the text field → Wutzy.
3. Choose game and mode, send your move — your friend taps the bubble and plays back.

Which games work in iMessage?

• Sudoku: duel, speed race, speed duel
• Yatzy: all 5 variants — 1:1 or group play 3–6 in group chats
• Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe and Code Breaker

Group Yatzy

Start in a group chat (3–6 players). Everyone rolls in turn; standings appear in the bubble. Great for family or friend groups.

Language in iMessage

Set language in the main app under Settings → Language. The iMessage extension uses the same language (App Group).

Game Center

Where are my open matches?

Profile tab → Game Center inbox. Red badge = your turn. Long-press to remove.

Match won't start

Check Game Center in iOS Settings and internet. Remove the match from the inbox and start again.

Ads & Wutzy Pro

Are there ads?

Yes. Wutzy is free and funded by advertising. The app and iMessage extension show ads via Google AdMob: banners on main tabs, full-screen after every 3rd completed game (solo, Game Center and iMessage counted separately) — never mid-game. You can optionally watch rewarded videos for extra hints, etc.

How do I remove ads?

Wutzy Pro (one-time purchase, typically €4.99 / $4.99, no subscription): permanently ad-free, extended stats, Pro themes and in-game bonuses without video — in the app and iMessage. Settings → Wutzy Pro → Unlock Wutzy Pro. Restore purchases in the same menu.

Privacy & ads

In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland: contextual ads, Google consent dialog before the first ad. Settings → Advertising → Privacy options (ads). Details: Privacy Policy.

Other

Change language

Settings → Language → opens iOS per-app settings (German or English).

Stats missing / wrong

Stats are stored locally. Reinstall without backup may reset them.

Notifications

iOS Settings → Notifications → Wutzy. In-app: Settings → Notifications for streaks and GC turns.

Sudoku co-op live

Sudoku tab → Co-op → Online · Live. Both see the same board in real time.
